The PTO has worked hard this year to fundraise in order to provide school supplies for all Alderney students, and the SAC has also generously contributed funds to support this initiative. We are grateful for their support in helping make this possible for our school community.
As a result, the only items your child will need to bring are a pencil case, water bottle, lunch bag, backpack, headphones, and indoor shoes.
Each year, teachers also find that items such as large Glad-style zip-lock bags and boxes of Kleenex are helpful in the classroom. These are not required, but if you happen to be able to send some in, they are always appreciated.
If obtaining any of these items presents a challenge for your family, please feel free to reach out to the school at the end of August or early September. We are always happy to support families to ensure all students are ready for a successful and positive start to the school year.
